What is Musik at Home?
I'm Kathryn Brunner. I'm the founder of Musik at Home. I've been teaching music for more than 20 years. I have taught the earliest ages in general music to advanced piano with high achieving students being given the opportunity to perform at Carnegie Hall. It's my goal to provide your family with a high quality, no-pressure approach to learning music in the early years, elementary years, and we're working on courses for teens and adults!
Spending time making music with my own children has made me a better parent, and I know it will do the same for you. Giving my children the gift of music education has caused their development to soar, their social-emotional well being to thrive, and their academic readiness to show up very early. That's what I want for your child as well.
The Musik at Home membership brightens your child's future with developmental music education classes in the comfort of your own home on your own schedule. Your child, infant to age ten, will naturally develop a strong foundation in musicianship while bonding with you through interactive, sequential video classes. One affordable Musik at Home membership for the whole family offers unlimited access to over 500 musical activities, singing games, imaginative musical stories and more. Because a child's potential for learning music is at its height from birth to age seven, there's no better time to invest in music education than in the early years.
Other courses are available on demand in the Musik at Home Academy. Kids ages 8-14 will love Ukulele Adventures. Kids ages 3-7 will love Play Together Percussion. Teens and adults will love Jazz Chords (coming soon!). And, kids ages 5-10 will love Musik at Home Piano Lessons (This course is also available in the membership and is more cost effective if you need all the other courses that come with the membership-- if you only need piano lessons, it's more cost effective to get it as a single course through the Academy!).
